What if Day 3’s prototype isn’t the direction we wanted?
You walk. No invoice, no deposit, no kill fee, no argument. The whole point of shipping a real prototype on your domain by Day 3 is so both sides know the direction is right before anyone spends a week building. If you don’t love it, we part as friends and you owe nothing.
